Using Help 

Using Help is easy. Select from the menu on the left for detailed instructions on using each feature. 

Trip Planning, Schedules, Next Bus and Find My Stop  may contain terminology, references or phrases that some people may find difficult to understand. Below you will find a  Reference Guide  for these instances to help you better understand the results obtained through these features. 

If you find you are still having problems and the Help Files are unable to assist you, please contact Customer Information at Customer Information, (410) 539-5000; Mon-Fri, 6am-7pm to speak with an agent. 

Reference Guide 
Stop location in relation to the intersection in the direction of travel: 
NS = near side 
FS = far side 
Direction abbreviations: 
NB = Northbound
SB = Southbound 
WB = Westbound 
EB = Eastbound
